    No picture on TV

  • Please check whether battery has been inserted in the console and the console is powered on.
  • Check whether the AV cable is inserted firmly and on the correct sockets on both the console and on the TV.
  • Please check whether the TV has been tuned to the correct AV channel.

    • Picture appears on TV but there is no response to my actions

  • Please check whether battery has been inserted in the remote and the remote is turned ON and is not in sleep mode.
  • If it still doesn't work, please check whether 2 LED's are lit on the remote, if only 1 LED is lit you have to resynchronise (see below) the remote

    • There is no sound while playing the game

  • Please check whether the TV is on MUTE

    • How do I resynchronise the remote & console?

  • Make sure batteries are inserted in the console and remote
  • Power on the main console and stay on the main menu.
  • Power on the remote.
  • Press the SYNC button on the console and on the remote simultaneously
  • Please note both the buttons should be pressed at the same time, if you are unsuccessful in the first attempt try few more times
  • The LED's on the remote will flash and then 2 of the LED's will become solid and steady. (The first 2 will be lit if this is the first remote to be synchoronised with the console, or else the second and third will be lit if it is the second remote to be synchronised)

    • Classic Games are not sensing my actions

  • Classic games do not support motion sensing feature, only the interactive games support this feature.
